Yarovit MG4 is a Legendary Stasis Submachine Gun with a Lightweight Frame, made by Omolon (900 RPM, 38-round magazine). Its flavor text is "Death and loss sow the seed of change." A curated roll has Corkscrew Rifling, Enlightened Action and Desperate Measures. Playlist-weapon guides recommend Rewind Rounds with Surrounded or Headstone for PvE, and Dynamic Sway Reduction with Zen Moment for PvP.

A world drop in Episode: Echoes. It is also listed as available from Legendary engrams and faction rank-up packages.
