Axial Lacuna is a Legendary Solar Fusion Rifle from the Exploring the Pale Heart source, added with The Final Shape in Season 24. It uses the Precision Frame, which makes recoil more predictably vertical. Its origin trait, Dealer's Choice, grants Super energy on final blows and stacks with other Pale Heart weapons. Flavor text: "Archaeologists understand: a buried hatchet is still, after all, a hatchet."

Guaranteed reward from the Alone in the Dark post-campaign questline, which begins with Micah-10 (the weapon's triumph, "Axial Lacuna", is part of it).
It drops from activities on The Pale Heart and can be sold by Micah's Conduit.
Deepsight Resonance: five extractions unlock the weapon's crafting pattern, allowing it to be crafted for enhanced perks.
