History of Binary Orbit

Overview

Binary Orbit is a Season 27 Basic Trait. Elemental final blows against an enemy of the element opposite the weapon's own element grant a short damage bonus.

Element pairings

The pairings are split by Light and Darkness. Darkness final blows boost Arc, Solar and Void weapons. Light final blows boost Stasis, Strand and Kinetic weapons.

Numbers

The bonus is reported as 25% increased damage for 8.5 seconds, and it can be activated while the weapon is stowed. The Enhanced trait extends the duration to 10.5 seconds.

Weapons

It has about 64 rolls. Examples include Abyss Defiant, Blasphemer, Death Adder, Drang and Ecliptic Distaff.

Tips

The element pairing matters most, so choose a weapon whose element is opposite the enemies you will be finishing.
