Disturbance on Mercury

Overview

Disturbance on Mercury is an Explore activity on Mercury from the Season of the Dawn quest A Matter of Time (the quest step is named "A Disturbance on Mercury"). Launch it from the Director by selecting Mercury and choosing the Sundial Spire option. You start in the Sundial Slipway, fight Cabal and Vex toward the checkpoint, and climb to Osiris at the Sundial Spire.

Story

Osiris explains that after you defeated the Undying Mind he had a vision of nothingness, and found the Red Legion had stolen his old experiment, the Sundial, to fracture time on Mercury. He asks for help stabilizing the timeline using obelisks. The quest then continues with Recovery Operation (collect Sundial Components from Cabal on the Tangled Shore) and obelisk repairs.

Rewards

The first Sundial run unlocks the season Artifact, the Lantern of Osiris.
