Generous Generation

Overview

Generous Generation is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the player to generate Orbs of Power or bricks of ammo. The objective tracks progress toward a total of 825.

How to complete

The objective counts a cumulative total of 825 Orbs of Power or ammo bricks. Ammo bricks come from the ammo generation system:

• Each weapon's Ammo Generation stat sets how fast its Special and Heavy ammo bars fill, at the bottom-left of the screen.
• When a bar is full, an ammo brick of that type drops from the next enemy you defeat. Only kills fill the bars; damage does not.
• Primary weapons generate the most ammo. Special and Heavy weapons generate more for the ammo type they do not use.

Tips:

• Use weapons with high Ammo Generation, and equip Bandolier or Abundant Ammo on Legendary weapons to raise that stat.
• The Impromptu Ammunition perk boosts all of your weapons at once.
• Ammo generation chest mods boost weapons of a matching element, and helmet mods for ammo finding make the brick boosts more effective.
• Scavenger mods in leg armor give more bullets from each brick you pick up.
• Armor's Weapons stat gives a chance for extra bullets per brick once it is above 100.
