Grandmaster: The Scarlet Keep

Overview

Grandmaster: The Scarlet Keep is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is earned by completing The Scarlet Keep Nightfall on Grandmaster difficulty, the Grandmaster Nightfall version of the strike. It counts toward the Conqueror seal.

The Scarlet Keep is a three-player strike from Destiny 2: Shadowkeep on The Moon. Its boss is Hashladûn, Daughter of Crota. The Season 19 Grandmaster rotation listed it for January 24 to 31 in Season of the Seraph.

How to complete

1. Queue The Scarlet Keep Grandmaster Nightfall in its rotation slot.
2. Bring Anti-Barrier and Unstoppable Champion mods. Bring Arc and Solar weapons for the Knights and Wizards.
3. Follow the waypoints through the caves and clear the Acolytes on the ledge and at the left entrance.
4. Pick up the first Void Charge and deliver it to break Hashladûn's spell. Retrieve the second Void Charge and break the second spell to enter the tower.
5. At the tower, kill the Shrieker first, aiming at the centre of its eye. Climb the stairs on the left to reach the main hall.
6. Capture the altars by standing above them. This summons Acolytes, Knights and a Revenant Wizard, so use long-range weapons.
7. Ride the platforms up the tower. Destroy the crystal on the first floor to start the platform, then repeat on the second level.
8. Fight Hashladûn at the top. Clear the smaller enemies first, then focus the boss and use your Supercharge to speed up the damage.

Tips

• Cover is scarce. Clear the orb sections one side at a time.
• Keep moving during the Hashladûn fight and burst down the Knights and Ogres when they spawn.
