Helical Fletching

Helical Fletching is an arrow perk for Combat Bows that provides a balanced boost to both accuracy and stability. The name refers to the fletching design of the arrow, with a helical pattern that improves aerodynamic performance.

How It Works

Helical Fletching is described as "aerodynamic and light," granting the following stat bonuses:

• Accuracy: +5
• Stability: +5

These modest increases create a balanced handling profile for bows. Instead of specializing in one attribute, Helical Fletching makes all bows slightly more responsive in both aiming precision and recoil control. This is a safe choice for players who want incremental improvements across the board rather than a dramatic boost to a single stat.

Helical Fletching rolls on numerous Combat Bow weapons, including:

Playstyle Notes

Helical Fletching is particularly useful for bow users who want reliable performance without specializing in a particular archetype. The balanced approach makes it suitable for both PvE and PvP content. In PvE, the stability helps with consistent precision damage against distant targets. In PvP, the accuracy boost aids in quick-draw shots while the stability helps with follow-up shots.
