Hydroponics Delta Solo Mastery

Overview

Hydroponics Delta Solo Mastery is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires completing the Hydroponics Delta Lost Sector on Master difficulty without a Fireteam. It awards 5 points. Master is the harder version of the sector: it adds Scorched Earth, more Unstoppable and Barrier Champions, and a Void Threat. How to complete

1. Unlock Master first. Clear Hydroponics Delta on standard difficulty and reach the 1750 soft-cap Power level. Master then appears in the Director.
2. Bring enough Power. Master enemies sit at 1,840 Power, and guides from 2023 recommend between 1,820 and 1,840.
3. Leave any fireteam so the run is solo. Limited Revives apply, and you regain revives by defeating Champions.
4. Plan for the modifiers. Master runs add 4 Unstoppable and 3 Barrier Champions, Scorched Earth (enemies throw grenades far more often), Equipment Locked and a Void Threat that increases Void damage you take by 50%.
5. Use Strand with Suspend to control the groups. Guides point to Strand subclasses for this, such as Threadrunner or Nightstalker for Hunters, Berserker or Sentinel for Titans, and Shadebinder or Broodweaver for Warlocks.
6. Under a Solar Surge, guides suggest a Riptide with Chill Clip and a Solar pulse rifle or sidearm. Under a Void Surge, they suggest a Riptide with Chill Clip and a Void pulse rifle or sidearm, with a Void heavy weapon for Champions and the boss.
7. Entrance: stay near spawn and pick off adds with your primary. The Barrier Champion is visible from spawn.
8. Maintenance Room: stay at the entryway and near the boxes, stun Champions, and destroy the backpack cells.
9. Boss arena: the boss is a Centurion, with two Unstoppable Incendiors and little cover. Climb the crates into the vent for cover, kill adds from there, then drop down to damage the boss and draw enemies to you.
