New Pacific Epitaph (Adept)

Overview

New Pacific Epitaph (Adept) is a Legendary Grenade Launcher that deals Stasis damage. Its flavor text reads: "This isn't happening. This isn't happening. This isn't happening."

Uses the Wave Frame archetype in the kinetic slot with special ammunition.

Acquisition

Originally earned from Ghosts of the Deep during Rite of the Nine (2025), with Adept rewards tied to Ultimatum difficulty. The event’s original acquisition route has ended. This event version has its own perk pool and Gravity Well origin trait; the ordinary dungeon weapon is a separate variant.

Crafting and variants

This is a random-roll weapon without a crafting pattern. It is an Adept variant. It has no legacy sunsetting Power cap; those caps were removed with The Final Shape.

Notable traits

Envious Arsenal reloads from reserves after damage with the other two weapons. Chain Reaction creates explosions on kills. Origin traits include Restoration Ritual, Gravity Well.
