Strangelet Capsules

Overview

Strangelet Capsules are hourglass-shaped containers found on Kepler that hold concentrated dark matter. They are the objective items sought during the Rhys death story, and the Guardian needs several of them to stabilize the singularity.

Locations

Capsules are found in Exile's Accord, the Central Academy, the Outer Steppes and The Gorge.

Singularity

The first capsule is obtained by defeating Vessels of the Archon. Its dark matter partially stabilizes the singularity over the Altar of Relativity. At least five capsules are needed before the hatch beside the altar opens, and the Guardian later recovers four more, for nine in total. The singularity turns out to be the remains of the Nine member III.
