The Arms Dealer (triumph)

Overview

The Arms Dealer is a Strike in Destiny 2 set on Earth. The triumph requires players to complete the Nightfall strike "The Arms Dealer" and achieve a great score. The objective is to shut down the operations of an ironmonger providing weapons to the Red Legion (original) or stifle the legacy of a notorious ironmonger providing weapons to the Shadow Legion (Lightfall).

How to complete

To complete the triumph, players must finish the strike and secure a great score. The strike features different objectives depending on the version.

In the original version, directed by Zavala, Cayde-6, and Suraya Hawthorne, Guardians track down Bracus Zahn, a Cabal weapons supplier manufacturing for the Red Legion. Steps include overloading Zahn's systems, securing the area, forcing an explosion using a solar fuel cell, killing Zahn's lieutenant, finding Zahn, activating elevator controls, clearing a path, hacking a door, breaking through, and defeating Bracus Zahn.

With the Lightfall expansion, the strike was reworked to feature Devrim and Caiatl. Caiatl's forces detected activity in the base and sent in a Psion attack force, who were captured and require rescue. The Guardians take the opportunity to fight Zahn, though it is unclear if he survived the previous assassination attempt or if this is a pretender. Objectives include finding and eliminating Bracus Zahn, securing the area, finding a path forward, freeing Caiatl's captured Psion, freeing more of Caiatl's forces, boarding Bracus Zahn's carrier, freeing more forces, venturing deeper, finding Bracus Zahn, pursuing him, entering the hangar, unlocking the door, and defeating Bracus Zahn.
