The Basics

Overview

The Basics is an Ops Triumph for gilding Deadeye requiring 1,000 points of progress from final blows with Primary ammo weapons. Defeating Guardians grants additional progress, so the displayed target is a progress total rather than necessarily 1,000 individual opponents.

How to complete

Enter qualifying Ops activities and use a Primary-ammo weapon for final blows. A Scout Rifle, Auto Rifle or Pulse Rifle can provide repeated kills without depending on limited Special ammo or Heavy ammo. Weapon slot and element do not define ammo type: Primary weapons can occupy either the Kinetic or Energy slot. Concentrate on groups of ordinary combatants and keep using the Primary for the killing shot while completing the activity. Progress accumulates across runs.
