Thunderlord Catalyst

Overview

Thunderlord Catalyst is the Exotic Catalyst completion Triumph for Thunderlord, an Arc Machine Gun. Defeat 500 combatants with the weapon after obtaining its catalyst.

Acquisition

The catalyst is a random reward from Strike, Gambit, and Crucible completions. It does not require a dedicated catalyst quest.

How to complete

Equip Thunderlord and defeat combatants with it until the 500-target objective finishes. Its lightning strikes help clear clustered enemies. Bring Machine Gun ammunition support and collect heavy ammunition between enemy waves to keep using the weapon.

Once the target objective is complete, inspect Thunderlord and apply the catalyst upgrade.

Rewards

The upgrade adds Return Stroke: causing a lightning strike with Thunderlord partially reloads the magazine from reserves.
