Tree of Silver Wings

Overview

The Tree of Silver Wings is a landmark in the Cradle on Io. It first appears in the Season of Arrivals mission A Shadow Overhead, where Eris Morn asks the Guardian to deal with the Seed of Silver Wings.

Story

Eris cannot approach the Seed because she concludes it belongs to the Darkness. The mission gives the player the Seed of Silver Wings seasonal artifact. The Ruinous Effigy Exotic Trace Rifle is made from a branch of the tree.

Notes

Players reported the Pyramid above the Cradle seemed to wrap the tree's top in a dark covering. This is a fan observation, not an official explanation.
