Seed of Silver Wings

Overview

The Seed of Silver Wings is the seasonal artifact of Season of Arrivals, the eleventh season of Destiny 2 (June to November 2020). It was found on Io in the Cradle, beneath the roots of a mysterious Tree of Silver Wings. Eris Morn tried to claim it but was stopped by a barrier, and the Guardian took it at her urging. It is "malleable and hungering" and integrates what it touches, drawing on Light and Darkness, and Eris's letter calls it an "engine of integration" that feeds on paracausal energy.

Seasonal mods

The artifact has five columns of seasonal mods. They include:

• Champion-focused mods, such as Anti-Barrier Rounds, Overload Rounds, Unstoppable Hand Cannon, Overload Arrowheads and Unstoppable Burst. Breach Resonator grants melee and grenade energy for final blows with shield-piercing weapons.
• Weapon handling, such as faster Pulse Rifle reloads and reduced flinching while aiming Rifles.
• Glimmer rewards for kills with Swords, Hand Cannons, Sidearms, Auto Rifles and SMGs, and for Taken finisher kills.
• Solar, Void and Arc perks, such as Solar Plexus, Heavy Finisher and Guardian Angel.

Players increase their Power each time they upgrade the artifact.
