Eye of Sol (Adept)

Overview

Eye of Sol (Adept) is the Adept version of the Legendary Sniper Rifle Eye of Sol. It uses the Kinetic damage type and the Adaptive Frame intrinsic. Its barrel and magazine pool includes Corkscrew Rifling, Full Bore and Hammer-Forged Rifling barrels and Accurized Rounds, Ricochet Rounds and High-Caliber Rounds magazines. Its trait options include Air Trigger, Moving Target and Perpetual Motion, which suit precision and long-range play.

Adept versions have their own frame stats and color scheme, and they are the only versions that can equip Adept mods.

Acquisition

Eye of Sol is available from Trials of Osiris. The Adept version is earned the same way as other Adept weapons: the Lighthouse chest carries Adept weapon rolls, and a 7-win Flawless streak grants an Adept weapon. Pre-Heresy guides (2023) describe Adept weapons as earned by completing a Flawless card.
