Overview
Gilded Precept Solo Mastery is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires completing the Gilded Precept Lost Sector on Master difficulty without a Fireteam. The sector is in Ahimsa Park on Neomuna. The triumph awards 5 score.
To see the Legend and Master versions in the Director, the sector must first be cleared on standard difficulty and the player must reach the 1750 power soft cap.
How to complete
Enter the Gilded Precept Lost Sector, set the difficulty to Master, and complete it alone. Joining a fireteam prevents the triumph from being awarded. Progress is tracked automatically once the sector is completed under these conditions.
Master difficulty adds the following:
- Recommended power is 1840, and the sector applies a -20 Power delta.
- Champions: two Unstoppable and three Barrier Champions, plus the Attrition and Scorched Earth modifiers, which make enemies throw grenades far more often.
- Equipment is locked once the activity starts, and revives are limited. Each Champion kill grants more revives.
Recommended loadout: a Solar or Void build with 100 Resilience, plus Arc damage resistance mods, since the Colossus enemies deal Arc damage. Machine Guns with a heavy ammo spec handle the adds, Leviathan's Breath handles Unstoppable Champions, and Wish-Ender handles Barrier Champions and Phalanx shields.
Route:
- Entrance: Kill the adds first. When the Unstoppable Incendior attacks, stun it with an Unstoppable counter and kill it. Enter the door at the end of the walkway.
- Locked room: Two Barrier Colossi plus Gladiators and Phalanxes. Stay by the entrance cover to avoid Psion snipers on the side platforms. Damage one Colossus until it swaps sides and raises its shield, then time a Barrier counter to break the shield while it is stunned. Carry the orbs that Champions drop to the totems on the far side to open the path.
- Before the boss: Lure the Unstoppable Incendior down the stairs and stun it. Kill the Psions, stun the Barrier Colossus from range, and kill it to unlock the boss room.
- Boss arena: Stay at the entrance for cover and snipe the two Psions at the back early. Clear War Beasts with a grenade when they push. Damage the boss only when it is not firing its cannon. When it retreats and spawns adds, use your Super to clear them. Open the chest at the back to finish.
Tip: Wish-Ender has infinite ammo and is the recommended weapon for solo runs.
