Resonant Glyphkeeper

Overview

The Resonant Glyphkeeper is a major Taken Phalanx from the Vow of the Disciple raid. It appears in the Exhibition and Dominion encounters. It fights like a normal Taken Phalanx, charging players while firing its Slug Rifle and pushing them back with shield blasts.

Role

Unlike a standard Glyphkeeper, it hides the glyphs the fireteam needs to progress. The symbols it drops can only be seen by players holding a Relic.

Encounters

• Exhibition, third encounter: it spawns paired with a Glyphkeeper. When it dies, it leaves three symbols that only a Guardian holding a relic can see.
• Later rooms: it appears after pairs of Taken Hobgoblins are killed, on a random side.
• Final encounter: it spawns on the left side and reveals symbols in the left column, visible only to players with Leeching Force or Emanating Force. If all of those holders are lost, another Resonant Glyphkeeper appears to restart the process.

Master difficulty

In the Master version of the raid it becomes an Unstoppable Taken Phalanx but keeps its name.
